LUCKNOW: The Uttar Pradesh authorities has prolonged the free ration scheme for the subsequent three months which can profit 15 crore individuals of the state, stated chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday.
The choice to increase the free ration scheme within the state was taken in the course of the first cupboard assembly held earlier at the moment.
"Within the cupboard assembly at the moment, we now have determined to increase the free ration scheme for the subsequent 3 months. It should profit 15 crore individuals of the state," stated the chief minister.
Deputy chief minister Keshav Prasad Maurya stated that for the scheme the federal government will spend Rs 3,270 crore.
"Within the first cupboard assembly at the moment, we now have prolonged the free ration scheme for the subsequent 3 months. For this, the govt. will spend Rs 3,270 crore. It should profit 15 crore individuals," he added.
The chief minister chaired the primary cupboard assembly at 10 am on Saturday in Lok Bhawan, Lucknow.
Earlier on Friday, Adityanath took oath because the chief minister of the state in a jam-packed Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow having a crowd of greater than 50,000 in attendance. A complete of 52 ministers took oath as ministers, together with two deputy chief ministers.
