Larger Noida: A Nepalese man who died in hospital after being allegedly overwhelmed up by a mob that accused him of attempting to abduct a toddler had entered a home of migrant labourers a day earlier with an intention of theft, villagers in Larger Noida’s Kanarsi have claimed.
The villagers stated Nanku, who had come from his village in Nepal in the hunt for work a couple of days in the past, was even handed over to police however was let go by the cops. The police have denied the allegations.
On Thursday night time, Nanku was accused of attempting to abduct a six-month-old child in Kanarsi village, tied to a tree and overwhelmed up badly. He succumbed to accidents in a hospital on Friday.
“Round 9.30pm on Wednesday, Nanku had entered the home of some migrant employees off the Sikanderabad highway with an intention to steal valuables. He was caught by them and thrashed earlier than being handed over to the police. However he was allowed to go. The following day itself, Nanku was caught attempting to abduct a child in our village,” stated Jeetu, a villager in Kanarsi.
Though greater than 48 hours have handed since Nanku died from the accidents, the police are but to establish the villagers who have been concerned in beating him up. Up to now, they've arrested Naresh, who accused Nanku of attempting to abduct his son and allegedly led the assault on him. The cops have, nevertheless, registered an FIR in opposition to Naresh, his household and 10 unknown villagers following a criticism by Nanku’s brother, Panchram.
