Bhubaneswar: A day after some miscreants shot lifeless Krushna Chandra Pratihari, a servitor of the Puri Jagannath temple, police on Thursday mentioned the killers have been recognized. A number of groups, comprising senior law enforcement officials, have fanned out throughout the state to arrest the accused.
“We now have recognized the killers. They are going to be caught quickly. Raids are being carried out at completely different locations,” Puri SP Kanwar Vishal Singh mentioned.
Pratihari’s brother, Narasingha, had named 4 individuals — Tutu, Kunmuni, Baba Mahapatra and Hari Panda — all residents of Puri, because the assailants within the FIR.
