NEW DELHI: Google on Wednesday celebrated the 2 hundredth delivery anniversary of French artist Rosa Bohheur. She was born on March 16, 1822 in Bordeaux, France. She was primarily a painter of animals.
A few of her well-known works are, 'Ploughing within the Nivernais' and 'The Horse Honest'. Bonheur was thought-about to be some of the well-known feminine painters of the nineteenth century.
She died on the age of 77 in Thomery, France in 1899.
