Dharwad: Listening to a petition filed by farmers from Belagavi, who've opposed the passing of the proposed railway line between the border district and Dharwad by fertile agricultural land, the Dharwad bench of the Karnataka excessive court docket on Friday stayed the choice taken by the native MPs to proceed with the proposed challenge.
