KANPUR: The district administration Kanpur Nagar on Saturday imposed part 144 Cr PC ex-parte.
ADM (Finance and income) Dayanand Prasad in his order said that part 144 CrPC is being enforced within the metropolis as a result of there are all potentialities that regulation and order could be disturbed in view of dharnas and processions being taken out by varied political events, spiritual organizations, labour unrest, Parshuram Jayanti, Alvida, Eid-ul-Fitr, Buddha Purnima different forthcoming festivals and examinations scheduled to be performed by the Public Service Fee.
To make sure the copying-free examinations besides examinees, centre supervisor, invigilator, officers, workers, flying squad, sector and zonal Justice of the Peace and police officers can be allowed to enter contained in the examination centres.
All others have been prohibited to enter inside a radius of 100 metre of the centre, the order mentioned.
Use of loudspeakers will probably be banned inside 100 metres of the examination centre.
Equally, all photograph copy, fax, web cafés inside the radius of 100 metre of examination centre would stay closed.
This order wouldn't be enforced on authorities officers and establishments.
Individuals are prohibited from carrying any firearm or any sharp edged weapon with them at any public place.
Nobody may manage any rally, public assembly, road assembly, or take out any procession with out in search of permission from district administration. Use of loud audio system can be completely prohibited between 10 pm and 6 am. Firing in marriage and different capabilities can be banned.
