Ludhiana: A former BJP councillor and resident of Shaheed Bhagat Sungh Nagar, Pran Nath Bhatia has written to chief minister Bhagwant Mann complaining towards former chairman of Ludhiana Enchancment Belief (LIT) Raman Balasubramanium on Thursday for allegedly changing the reserved websites in his space into residential plots.
Within the grievance, it's talked about that one reserved plot measuring 2,983 sq. yard plot in E block SBS Nagar, reserved for main college has been illegally transformed into 150 sq. yard residential plots. But former LIT chairman Balasubramanium, misusing his energy and authority, had handed an unlawful decision to transform reserved plots into residential plots.
