Lottery firm's property value 410 crore connected by ED

NEW DELHI: The Enforcement Directorate has connected property value Rs 410 crore of Future Gaming and Inns Pvt Ltd, all in financial institution stability and mutual funds, which it claimed as “lottery prizes” on unsold tickets. Future Gaming is the only distributor for West Bengal of paper lottery organised by Sikkim and Nagaland. It runs the favored ‘Pricey Lottery’.
ED mentioned sale proceeds of lottery tickets have been illegally diverted in direction of presents and incentives by modifying prize construction of lottery schemes with out approval from organising state governments.
