BIDAR: Chief minister Basavaraj Bommai on Saturday refused to offer credence to a right-wing group's demand to ban the wakf board, saying "all are equal within the authorities's view and sustaining legislation and order within the state is our goal".
He was chatting with reporters earlier than heading to take part in a programme at Basavakalyan. When requested about Sri Ram Sene founder Pramod Muthalik's name for a marketing campaign to ban the board, Bommai stated: "Individuals practise their traditions. The federal government is being run in accordance with the legal guidelines. The federal government has nothing to do with these campaigns."
Amid the current communal points within the state, the BJP central management has requested leaders of its state unit and ministers to convey the event agenda to the fore and showcase the achievements of the federal government forward of the 2023 meeting polls.
Ministers have been requested to carry press conferences on the celebration workplace to record out their achievements. On Saturday, RDPR minister KS Eshwarappa visited the celebration workplace and accused the opposition of attempting to create a rift between Hindus and Muslims and use it as propaganda.
Approval for initiatives in Kalyana Karnataka
At a programme to launch numerous initiatives to develop Basavakalyan, Bommai stated Rs 3,000 crore has been supplied for the event of Kalyana Karnataka within the funds and approval for motion plans for initiatives can be issued earlier than the final week of April.
"Other than ushering in an period of excessive pondering in Kalyana Karnataka area, our authorities will convey growth to the area. Works shall be taken to each village and family. The work on Anubhava Mantapa will start in Could. "Senior chief BS Yediyurappa had initiated the method of constructing Anubhava Mantapa by offering Rs 500 crore. The federal government is dedicated to the excellent growth of Basavakalyan and all monuments of Shiva Sharanas," the CM added.
