SIRSA: A lady alongside along with her husband, son, two sons-in-law and two others allegedly beheaded her 38-year-old niece over a plot dispute and a courtroom case in Pipli village of Sirsa's Kalanwali space on Friday night. The attackers used swords, axes and pistols and different sharp weapons for killing Amritpal Kaur.
Sirsa police mentioned the Kalanwali police station has registered a case on the criticism of Kamaldeep Kaur, 14-year-old daughter of the deceased, towards her mom's aunt Rani, Rani's husband Pappu, son Nikka Singh and two brothers-in-law of Nikka Singh, moreover two different youths underneath sections 147 (rioting), 148 (rioting, armed with lethal weapon), 149 (widespread object of unlawfull meeting), 302 (homicide) of the Indian Penal Code and underneath the Arms Act.
In her criticism to the police, the lady mentioned her dad and mom obtained divorced about 12 years in the past and have been residing in Pipli village by constructing a home about eight years in the past. Her mom's aunt Rani had helped in shopping for this plot, she added. Nevertheless, later the accused requested her mom to depart this home and go to her village, however when the deceased refused to take action, they beat her up. The case on this matter is underneath trial in Sirsa courtroom, she mentioned.
"The Rani and her household have been underneath a variety of strain to withdraw this case. When her mom refused to bow to the strain, on Friday night, they attacked her mom with a dagger (kirpan), sword, axe and pistol."
